Our Story
"The Property Pair" provides thoughtful, reliable property care including seasonal oversight, pool care, home organization, maintenance, and project coordination to proud and discerning homeowners throughout Litchfield County.
Whether someone lives here year-round or enjoys their home seasonally, our goal is to be a trusted local resource they can rely on to help keep their property cared for and ready whenever they arrive.
The founders, Augie & Namakula, have combined their respective backgrounds in luxury hospitality, private property management, client relations, and hands-on property care which has shaped the way they approach their work-- with clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine respect for every home they service.
Augie is a hands-on craftsman whose passion for building and problem-solving began under the mentorship of his father, Augie Sr., a master toolmaker and machinist. Years of formal training, observation, and apprenticeship have shaped his diverse mechanical expertise.
Namakula is the daughter of immigrant parents (with "funny accents") who owned and rented properties throughout New Jersey. She grew up having firsthand insight into the needs of owners, tenants, and service providers alike. Her NYC background in high end hospitality, advertising, and acting has made her adaptable, resourceful, and deeply committed to exceptional work. She approaches every project with curiosity, empathy, and a desire to keep learning. A salute to her humble and entrepreneurial upbringing.

Augie brings decades of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for creating and maintaining beautiful, well-cared-for spaces. His expertise spans pool and aquatic systems, fiberglass boat repair and restoration, dock installation, and home and property care, combining technical skill with a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach.
Known for his meticulous standards, reliability, and strong work ethic, Augie takes pride in doing things the right way and treating every property as if it were his own. He is committed to providing clients with dependable service, honest communication, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing their home and projects are in capable hands.
NAMAKULA | Managing Partner
Director of Operations & Client Experience
Namakula brings a unique blend of small-town, metropolitan, and international experience in high-end hospitality, client relations, production, and private property management, ensuring every client receives attentive communication, thoughtful coordination, and an exceptional standard of service.
Having managed multiple private residences for discerning clients in The Hamptons, she understands the importance of trust, discretion, organization, and impeccable attention to detail.
Working both in the field and behind the scenes, Namakula contributes to property care operations through hands-on service, client communication, and administrative coordination. While her integrity, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs, help create seamless experiences and peace of mind for every client.
