What towns do you service?
We are local residents of Litchfield and aim to service clients living within Litchfield County.
Are you and your vendors insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and stipulate that our affiliated vendors are as well. We only partner with reliable, professional service providers who hold the same high standards as we do!
How many properties do you manage?
We aim to provide the kind of meticulous care and attention that all our clients deserve. In order to maintain this high standard, we choose to keep the amount of homes we manage, to a small, manageable number.
Are all of your services listed on your site?
No, not all of them. We are a diverse pair with many highly, specialized skills and talents. Too many to list on our site. If you have a need that you're not sure we provide a service for, just ask us!
Who manages maintenance calls and supervises workers at my property?
That's us! We will manage scheduling service providers, craftsman and vendors, supervising on-site work and preparing for seasonal opening and closing of your property.
Do you take on 'one-off' projects?
Yes, we do! Because we offer a variety of services, not just long term, property management contracts, the projects we take on don't necessarily need to be on-going. For example, if you want your basement decluttered, need your lawn mowed, or your pool serviced as a one-off or limited time service, we can accommodate you. We recognize that each client's situation is unique and we aim to satisfy whatever your request.
How are your property management fees determined?
We offer three property management packages, ranging from essential home watching and property maintenance to more comprehensive, personalized services. Clients can choose the package that best fits their needs and preferences, with the option to add additional services as desired. All services, monthly management fees, and add-on costs will be clearly outlined in your service agreement
